The hotel staff were ready to help. I loved the room with a large comfortable bed, the bed was comfortable. The check-in was early and the staff was helpful enough.

That was comfortable modern and pretty standard hotel set in pretty cool area, so close to shops and restaurants and Broadway and the Midtown and Lower Manhattan.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with a large comfortable bed. The location was magnificent, a few steps away from Canal Street.

The location is perfect and magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a cable-stayed bridge.

The staff are fairly friendly and really polite people at the reception desk.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just off Times Square, Close to Chinatown, and Soho-so lots of good places to eat. I liked my room - lovely little with a full-sized bed.

The hotel was good standard and reasonably priced, we would recommend it to all. Booked a room with a full-sized bed. The venue was in the very central setting close to restaurants.

I loved the value for money at this hotel - the room was clean and comfortable, and though it was a bit small, it didn't bother us since we didn't spend much time there. The location was fantastic, right next to a metro station and Chinatown, and within walking distance to the World Trade Centre and Brooklyn Bridge. The hotel staff, especially the friendly man at the reception, provided excellent service.

As for breakfast choices, it could use a bit more variety.

As already mentioned the main reason to stay at this hotel was the location...

A mistake done by me, when doing the booking, I assumed that the price for 2 nights as given 350.00 was included the taxes(the web-site Booked.net was not very clear so I ended continuing with the booking... Also for this value it should at least offer a cup of coffee as appreciation, but not even the bottle of water had been replaced into our room... meaning if you stay more than a day be happy only with one bottle of water..

I arrived to a very small, cold and uninviting reception area, which is off a very unsavory looking area of Canal Street. The receptionist stood behind what looked like a small fast food checkout counter. She was far from friendly. And then, i noticed the only other two folks in the lobby seemingly to me doing a drug deal. I defaulted on my one night guarantee and walked out.

Unbeatable very central location, next to the subway station and New York City for CMI LGBTQ conference at the Google Building on 06/19/2019. Also, in Soho gardens. The rooms with a computer and toiletries and drinks, super-friendly staff at the reception desk. A great selection of EXCELLENT food at breakfast time.

It is a well-maintained and pretty standard property located in Manhattan district close to a block away from A C E lines, and subway, size of the room, lovely staff and the cleaning. It has very very helpful employees. The hotel boasts very central location in Chinatown. They serve great food, have good choice of options to choose from.

Well-maintained hotel, the best 3 stars experience compared to other options. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Elegant-style building, good basic rooms with the bathroom and a full-sized bed, for example. Perfect and excellent setting, close to N Q R W subway lines, subways, Chinatown and Soho, and the Midtown and Lower Manhattan. 5 minutes walk from Canal Street.

The location of this hotel was brilliant as it was right next to Canal Street station and within walking distance to Little Italy and Tribeca. This made it great for exploring NYC by foot, but it was also conveniently close to a subway station for when we wanted to venture further. The value for money was unbeatable, as the hotel was right in the middle of Manhattan, surrounded by everything one might need, including restaurants, banks, and coffee shops. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all there, with the rooms featuring a large comfortable bed and lots of windows, offering an awesome view of the city. The rooms were beautifully clean and well-stocked with toiletries, towels, and coffees/teas. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch.

All was okay with this hotel.

The rooms they have were great little and brand-new with a full-sized bed and towels and drinks. The location was unbeatable for walking around Soho.
